2020 Fall Sport Practice Information

With the fall sport season set to begin, OHS wants to keep you up to date with the important information that you need to know to get started.  First and foremost, all athletes must have the following forms on file in the OHS office BEFORE they can practice.

1.  Physical Form

2.  Concussion Form

3.  Medical Consent Form.

These forms should be turned in at the OHS office this week so students are ready to participate on Monday.  Every athlete should come dressed and ready for practice.  Each athlete should bring their own water bottle and a mask or other face covering.  Masks will be used when students are not actively involved in the physical activity of the sport.  They are not required to be worn during the active portions of practice and competitions.

Practices will begin on Monday, August 17th.  See below for each sport and their specific practice times and locations.
