Dear Students and Families,
If you submitted your post-secondary plans through the Google Form during Advisory (Seniors, Class of 2025), Ottawa High School has already sent your official transcript. Transcripts have either been uploaded to college portals (if available) or mailed directly to the institution you indicated.
If your plans have changed, please visit the OHS Website and follow these steps:
Click on the "Students" tab
Scroll down to "Transcript Request"
Click the link and complete the Google Form
Please note:
If you took college courses through NCCC, Flint Hills, Allen Community College, or any other post-secondary institution, you must contact those schools directly to request your official transcripts. These institutions typically charge a fee for transcript requests, but OHS does not charge for transcript services.
Additionally, our Skyward system will be unavailable from June 19th through July 2nd, and no OHS transcripts will be processed during that time.
