Dear Parents and Guardians,
We’re excited to share that Ottawa Middle School and Ottawa High School are partnering with Ottawa Chiropractic Clinic to offer sports physicals for students this summer!
Physicals will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, and Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Ottawa Middle School, located at 1230 S Ash St. (please enter through the west gym doors). Each physical will take approximately 10 minutes and will cost $25.
Students must sign up in advance to reserve a time slot. (If you have more than one student, please reserve a separate time slot for each child.) This is a great opportunity to prepare for the upcoming sports seasons and check one more thing off your back-to-school list!
