The 8th grade teams hosted Bonner Springs and came away with two strong wins. JV defeated Bonner Springs 29–21, and varsity followed with a 35–26 victory.

1/12: The 7th grade JV fell to Woodland Springs, 36–7. Varsity also came up short, losing 60–32.

Tonight’s holiday concert was a festive and uplifting way to celebrate the season. Students shared their talents through music, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere and highlighting all the hard work they’ve put in.

12/11 /25: 7TH GRADE GIRLS' GAME CHANGE:
Whirlwind students, parents, and fans:
We just received word from Bonner Springs that they have only four players available for tonight’s game and will therefore forfeit.
However, out of respect for our 7th-grade girls and to give them a final opportunity to play, we will hold an intermix Varsity/JV scrimmage so they can enjoy one last game of the season.
Tip-off will remain at 4:00 PM; there will be no entry fee, and officials will be on site to referee.
To celebrate the season, our coaches will also host a pizza party with the 7th-grade girls’ basketball team afterward to recognize their hard work and dedication.
We appreciate your continued support and understanding this season. We hope to see you in the stands tonight to help our 7th-grade girls close out their basketball season.

- 7th Grade Girls will play @ Home vs. Bonner Springs at 4:00 PM. This will be a Varsity ONLY game, as Bonner Springs does not have enough players to field a JV team.
- 8th Grade Girls will travel to Eudora. The JV game will begin at 4:00 PM, with Varsity to follow.
