The Cyclone cheer team attended the State Spirit Spreader Clinic at Gardner Edgerton High School with over 500 cheerleaders. Ottawa earned one of the three spirit sticks given out!! Let’s go Cyclones! #CyclonePride

Brett Staneslow, President of the Franklin County Homeless Coalition, presented to the Mrs. Stinebaugh's College Biology classes today about the issue of homelessness and sustainable solutions in order to guide their inquiry on using Biology to solve homelessness in our communities. #CylconesLearn

Ottawa FFA Back to School BBQ Last week, our officer team kicked off the school year by hosting our Back to School BBQ! We were thrilled to welcome over 40 FFA members, their families, and community partners for an evening of food, fun, and fellowship. This event was a great way to celebrate the start of a new year, share upcoming opportunities, and continue building strong connections between our members and the community that supports us. #CyclonePride

Ottawa FFA Horticulture students had the opportunity to tour Loma Vista Nursery in Ottawa, KS! Students learned about the nursery’s operations, plant production practices, and the wide variety of trees and shrubs grown right here in our community. They also gained insight into career opportunities in the horticulture industry. #CyclonesLearn

If you drive by and see police vehicles at outside the school, please know there is no emergency at OHS. We are partnering with Ottawa Police Department for our annual state mandated ALICE intruder training and drill. This is just a drill.
