Ottawa High School will serve as a Red Cross cooling center for Ottawa citizens that do not have electricity. Enter OHS by going to the South Parking Lot. Then proceed up the stairs / ramp and turn left. You can enter through the doors leading to the South Gym. Open 24hrs.
