Today is day 2 of the KSHSAA 4A State Baseball Tournament. The Cyclones are 1 of 4 teams left. A State Champion will be crowned today! Ottawa will take on top seed McPherson at 11:00am today in Salina. Good luck, Cyclones!

Session 1: 6:00am-7:30am
Session 2: 7:30am-9:00am
Session 3: 9:30am-10:30am (Incoming Freshman / New to Weights)

The Cyclone softball season comes to a close as OHS falls to Eudora 9-2 in the State Tournament. Thank you to the seniors who have done so much for the program during their careers. A great year and even better kids!

Eudora capitalizes on 3 Cyclone errors and score 6 runs in the bottom of the 4th. The Cyclones trail Eudora 7-1 heading to the top of the 5th.
The Cyclones are on the board! Ellie Seaton drives a 2 out double into the left center gap. Emma Stottlemire picks up an RBI driving her in on a single to left. It’s tied 1-1 headed to the bottom of the 3rd.
State Softball is underway! Eudora strikes first pushing across 1 run in the bottom of the 1st. The Cyclones trail 1-0 heading to the 2nd.

Logan Morton doubles to lead off the 7th and later scores on a pass ball. Chase Bloomer closes out the game and picks up the save in relief of TJ Kerns. Cyclones win 5-3. OHS plays at 11:00 tomorrow in the semifinals of the 4A State Tournament.

The Cyclone tack on another run as Keegan Riemer brings home Brett Hadl in the top of the 6th. Iola answers with 2 in the bottom of the 6th. Cyclones lead 4-3 heading to the 7th.
Iola ties it in the bottom of the 2nd but the Cyclones answer with 2 runs in the top of the third. Ryan Laurie drives in his 2nd run of the day followed by a Brett Hadl RBI. After 3 the Cyclones lead 3-1.
The Cyclones score first at State vs Iola on a Ryan Laurie sac fly to drive in Chase Bloomer. TJ Kerns keeps Iola off the board and the Cyclones lead 1-0 after 1.

STATE GOLF UPDATE
Congratulations to OHS senior Andrew White who made the cut to advance to day 2 of the State Golf tournament. Unfortunately the rainy weather has made the course unplayable, and the 2nd day of the tournament will not be played. Andrew finished 35th overall.
