Dedicated Cyclones traveled to Burlington to cheer for our Varsity Cyclones as they faced off with Independence.


At the end of the third quarter ties the score with Independence 38-38.



In the second round of the Burlington Tiurnament the Cyclone girls fall to Sabetha. SHS 43 OHS 38. The girls will play for 7th tomorrow at noon at Burlington Middle School.

Burlington Invitational Basketball Tournament Schedule Update
The second round of the Burlington tournament will be played on Friday 1/20 at these times:
3:30pm - OHS Girls vs Sabetha (Burlington Middle School)
8:15pm - OHS Boys vs Independence (Burlington Middle School)
The Cyclone girls come storming back to tie in the final seconds, but Independence makes a FT late to win. Final score Independence 52 Ottawa 51.




The OHS girls start the game with a cold shooting night, but they have played solid defense to keep them in the game heading into halftime vs Independence. At the half IHS 19 OHS 14.




The Cyclones fall to Paola in the first round of the Burlington Invitational. PHS 57 OHS 42. The Cyclones will play Friday with opponent and game time TBD.




The Cyclones girls bowling team picks up a win today on Senior Night vs Atchison and Schlagle. The girls had 5 of the top 6 bowlers at the event.
