Due to potential rainy weather this weekend, the OHS outdoor production of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream is being postponed. Elements of the show will be included in the Semester Showcase on May 17th so that students still get a chance to perform.

The Cyclones have 3 in the top 10 of the Ottawa Invitational Golf tournament and finish as tournament champs! This makes their 3rd consecutive tournament win. Richard Blevins wins his 3rd straight tournament. Also in the top 10: Zach King 3rd and Trey Bones 8th.

A big thank you to George McCreary and Kansas State Bank for coming out to the OHS Golf Tournament today. George and KSB fired up the grill and provided dinner for all the golfers and coaches. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!!!

Dr. Ryan Cobbs & Mr. Paul Bean from Franklin County Development Council shared with OHS staff the opportunity to bring work based learning into the classroom by using Nepris to connect with industry experts. Dr. Cobbs shared the vision of connecting math & reading skills via a multi dimensional approach. Mr. Bean shared the needs of local businesses to have workforce ready employees & is looking forward to building connections with our students and businesses.
